Avocado-Feta Dip

Method:

Cook 1/2 diced red onion and 1 diced seeded jalapeno in olive oil, 6 minutes. Puree with 1 diced avocado, 1 cup cilantro, 3/4 cup crumbled feta, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil and salt to taste. Serve with toasted bread and vegetable sticks.

    Im going to become a vegan and I need a meal plan. (Breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks)
    I’m trying to loose weight while being a vegan so please help!
    Not to complex of a breakfast/lunch/dinner. Preferably simple but good and filling meals.
    Nothing to high in caliores please.!

    I work in an office and I am watching my weight. I eat pretty well but I tend to struggle when it comes to ‘in between meals’. I usualy have a handfull of mixed nuts or cottage cheese on a Rivita. This is starting to get very boring!! Anyone have any suggestions that are easy to prepare? Thanks!

    The other day a woman told me that she mashes a little bit of avocado and puts it on her face like a mask for 10 minutes every night, and she has great skin.

    Has anyone else done this before and had positive effects?

    If I’m prone to acne, will it make me break out?

    okay, I remember getting this recepi off the internet a while back, but I can’t remmeber where I got it from. I know that it has chicken cumin, zucchini, chiptole peppers in abode sauce, onions, pepper jack cheese. i can’t find anything that has the same things in it.
