Chai Punch

Nuvita Biscuits

Chai is a blend of tea, milk, and spices. Chai concentrate can be found in the tea section of the grocery store.

  • 1 32 ounce container chai tea concentrate (black tea)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 8 inches stick cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 1 medium lime or lemon, sliced
  • 1 medium orange, sliced
  • 1 32 ounce bottle club soda, chilled
  • Ice cubes
  • Cinnamon sticks (optional)
  • Sliced orange, lime, and key limes (optional)
  • Whole basil leaves (optional)

1. Pour chai tea concentrate into a large container or pitcher. Stir in sugar. Add 8 inches stick cinnamon, torn basil, sliced lime, and sliced orange. Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours.

2. Strain mixture, discarding solids. Just before serving, slowly add club soda to chai mixture. Serve over ice cubes. If desired, garnish with additional cinnamon sticks, citrus slices, and whole basil leaves.

My friends and I are hosting a big Halloween party at her apartment and we want to get a simple good tasting mixed drink to put in one of those beverage coolers as opposed to a keg. Anyone know of some good ideas???

I just got a job today at Tim Hortons and so far I really like it. Its fun and fast paced, but since I’m new I’m really slow at making orders. Looking at the screen at drive thru I get really confused because evrything is abbreviated and most of it idk what it stands for. It would help me out a lot if anybody who works there or used to work there could write me up a list of the abbreviations and what they stand for. For example, I know that double double means double sugar double cream. The way we write it at our Tim hortons is 2/2 or 2c 2s. Same with triple triple. Its hard sometimes learning everything because sometimes its hard to hear the customer, and the screen is sometimes blurry and the letters are so small. So if anyone could help, it would be highly appreciated :)
