Cheezy Baked Pasta

Nuvita Biscuits

Warm and melted cheese sauce mingled with pasta and baked perfect. Served with Garlic Bread.


  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • Bread crumbs to sprinkle


  1. Prepare the cheese sauce with the butter, flour, milk and cheese. Overcook the pasta for kids.
  2. Add the sauce to the pasta.
  3. Add the cooked vegetables, cheese, salt, pepper.
  4. Pour the mix to the baking dish .bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with garlic bread.

    Now, im going to list what I would usually eat every day. Lets call it a school day! I eat better on weekends but most of the time im at school so this is my meal schedule. I am VERY skinny and trying to gain weight. So plese dont comment anyting about me having too much of a fat intake or too many calories. i need it!

    -Whole Grain Bagel with whipped cream cheese (I put a LOT of cream cheese on!)
    -Small Glass of Frappachino (for calcium and energy)
    -Small Bowlful/Baggie of Pistachios or Almonds

    Snack at School:
    -Baggie of Nuts, or Chips
    – Candy Bar w/ nuts

    -Peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread
    -Bag of chocoalte coated almonds/peanuts/pistachios
    -2 Baggies of 2 different chips
    -A Banana or apple
    -Ginger ale, iced tea, or gatorade
    -Candy Bar w/ nuts

    After School snack:
    nuts, candy, yogurt, chips, veggies, fruit
    Usaully i have a baked potato (oddly haha)

    First Dinner (5:00)
    Pasta with buttery or cheezy sauce
    or Baked Potato or Vegetarian Baked Beans

    Second Dinner (8:00) (i eat late so i gain more weight)
    A Veggie covered in cheese sauce
    Beans or Soy or Pasta w/ cheese and tomato sauce
    And a cup of tea.

    Bedtime snack:
    Yogurt, Glass of milk, nuts, tea.
    And Then 2 flinstones vitamins and a caltrate

    Im very skinny and only weigh 80 pounds and im 14. Im scared that im not eating enough! but i am! I have a very fast metabolism. My friends say if i didnt have a metabolism i would be the fattest person in the world!!! Haha.

    Am i eating ok, do you think? where can i improve?
    Im using the fatty foods to get more fats because im very skinny. and for calories
    no but im very underweight! i need to gain.

    I’m trying to become vegetarian, but my parents aren’t. I can’t exactly eat something different than my parents every meal, but I cook a LOT around my house because I enjoy it and my mom gets lazy after I cook dinner 2 nights in a row :-)
    So I can pretty much cook whatever I want when I get the chance. Can you give me some recipes for really yummy vegetarian meals (and desserts!!!!!!) that both me and my parents will like? I’m not going vegan so milk and eggs and all that’s ok, but don’t give me any recipes with fake meat, because fake meat is disgusting to me…
    and some tips on how to live vegetarian with a non-vegetarian family?????
