im going away this weekend camping and i am taking the grill off the bbq + charcoal for some culinary delights over the fire so looking for a really simple but great tasting sauce i can use for marinating the meat that will wow my friends.
ill be taking the usual suspects like chicken breasts, burgers, sausages, ribs etc and im grudging using the reggae, reggae sauce again!
thanks for any replies in advance

Is it good for you, normally I woudl have it in a burger adn im on a diet, i just eat the small pitta with lettuce tomatoes with the chicken breast which is grilled; is this good for building muscule and not putting on “bad fats” because i know stuff like fried food is bad for you
