I have seen different kinds of pad thai noodles, but I want to know how to make this yellowish orange type of pad thai noodles, it is sweet and spicy at the same time, and i usually order it with chicken or fish. I’ve seen some red ones and other colors, but i really want to learn how to make the one that I eat at the restaurant. Thank you.

I would like them to last awhile but I suspect they will rot or get mushy before I use them if I keep them whole and put them in the fridge or freezer. What’s the best way to keep them? I picked a few this week after they got red and will have around 20 of them within a few weeks.

I am having trouble digesting anything I eat lately. What food will make digesting easier and cause less indigestion and gas pains?

Also could you give me the recipe without bananas? The recipe is served in Pakistani restaurants.
