One that you make when you want something delicious but with not much effort!
Here’s mine, I don’t really measure, I just add what I think looks right.
Ingredients:
A jar Bechamel sauce
A packet of Macaroni – can be spirals, elbows, etc
Frozen peas
Mushrooms
About 2 chicken breasts, cubed
Mozarella Cheese
Fry the cubed chicken breasts with a little bit of vegetable oil. Add any spices you like, I just use a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of pepper and a tsp of mixed spice.
Boil the macaroni and peas until they are done. Saute the mushrooms a little bit.
Combine all in a baking dish. Add the bechamel sauce. Mix and sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Now share yours!

My daughter is 14 1/2 months old and she can not have regular milk without getting a yeast infection. If she eats foods with milk in it it happens as well. The hard thing for me is that soooo many foods have milk in them! What types of food do your children eat? Any advice is appreciated as I’m running out of ideas and feel bad when she gets infections! Thanks
