I have some angel hair pasta. Should I make some pasta with butter, lemon and seasoning or someting like that? I also have marinara sauce but I don’t think that would go with the chicken piccata. Any ideas please?

I think the chicken is tossed in flour, cooked in a pan and baked with all the ingredients. I just didn’t know in what order and how to do this. Anyone have a specific recipe or have heard of this?

If it´s ok to substitute, how much powder should I use?
6 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened baking chocolate
1 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
Cut chocolate into small pieces. Put all of the ingredients into a blender. Cover. At low speed, blend until larger pieces are chopped. Stop motor and stir. Blend at high speed until frosting becomes thick and creamy.

I adore chicken piccata but I never attempted to make it with wine, just chicken broth and it’s not the same. I want to know what kind of white wine to use in the sauce dry or sweet and if you guys know a particular brand you use to make this at home?
