Chocolate Fudge Icing2013-06-06
This is a deliciously simple icing to top a sponge cake, cupcakes or even brownies.
- 100g (4oz) plain dark chocolate
- 50gg (2oz) butter
- 200g (7oz) icing sugar, sifted
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of gently simmering water. (or melt in the microwave for 1 minute) When melted, beat in the butter until smooth, then gradually beat in the icing sugar to give a soft fudgey texture.
