I know that black and green tea has caffeine in them, but what about the decaffeinated varieties? What about chai tea?

I am a Starbucks addict and my doctor just advised me to cut back on caffeinated beverages….I love lattes and frappacinos there, does anyone know of any good decaf drinks besides regular coffee?
