My daughter’s first birthday is coming up and she is allergic to dairy. How can I make her a cake and icing that has no dairy products (milk, butter) in it? If no cake then is there any pies or cookies I could make?

Does anyone have a quick and simple recipe for any kind of cake? I don’t want any recipe’s that are found online, I just want the home made version of any kind of cake that is simple and that doesn’t have that many ingredients in it.
If you don’t have a recipe for a cake, a pie recipe is also good.
I’d prefer home made cakes or pies and not the recipe’s online.
