deteriorate your health? Is 20 tea bags per day for every day of the week unhealthy?

I know everyone says tea bags are useful in this area, because of the caffeine, but I also know that caffeine can’t always be entirely good, so, what are the pros and cons (especially cons) of using tea bags to help relieve baggy eyes? Or if you can direct me to a reliable website with an article, I’d be much obliged! Thank-you in advance!

Like if I rip open the tea bag and throw the leaves in the tea, what will happen? What effects will it have, if any? Thanks in advance for answers.

Someone sent me some very high quality loose tea. Package says to “rinse” the leaves, and then reuse up to six times. How can I best (and most simply) make tea?
And, a second “tea” question – I’ve read about “triangular” tea bags that are supposedly superior to the tradition bags – where can I buy these?

How many tea bags do you put in your tea? Is it really true that biting them slightly improves the flavour?
