Ethopian Traditional Tea2012-08-02
A traditional Ethopian tea infused with spices
- Tea pot
- 4-5 tea bags
- 8-15 whole cloves
- 5-8 green cardamom
- 3 inch one cinnamon stick
- Fresh cold water
- Sugar to taste
Put all ingredients into the kettle. Bring to a boil. Let sit for 3 minutes, fish out tea bags.
Pour into cups, add sugar while hot.
