A crisp and refreshing summer cooler with the flavors of apple juice and lime, with ginger and pepper adding that zing to it!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp peeled and grated root ginger
- 400 ml apple juice
- Juice of half a lime
- A pinch of coarse black pepper
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together and then strain before serving with ice.
Tip: Use a stick of lemon grass as a stirrer cum garnish.
