Hi
I hope that someone can help me.
I used to have a recipe for a garlic herb spread that only used the following ingredients.
Cream Cheese
Italian Seasoning
Garlic powder or fresh
Onion powder or fresh
It may have had some lemon juice and/ or Worcestershire sauce.
I found this recipe on the web as a simple Garlic Herb spread, but I have not been able to find it. It has been a long time since I have made it and I cannot remember the exact amounts or ingredients.
Thank you for your time and help

Cook garlic in olive oil over high heat. Add flour after allowing to brown into a roux. Make a roux, nice and smooth. Add wine and a little vinegar. Cook over medium heat. Add salt and pepper. Pour vegetable broth in and whisk till smooth. Pour over fries and top with Swiss cheese and cheddar cheese curds, then bake for ten to fifteen minutes at 375 degrees F.
