I like the chicken to be tender and moist. Please give me the best possible way to cook the steam chicken.

I am not much of a cook, but I am trying to teach myself. I have about 1.5 lbs of thawed chicken breast at home that I want to cook tomorrow for dinner. Looking to try something on the healthier side that is so easy that I can do it. Anyone have a good recipe?

Ok this is the first ever time ive marinaded anything lol.
Ive never tasted Dijon mustard so can someone tell me what its like?
I put Dijon mustard, Honey, Lemon and Sea Salt and marinaded the chicken in the fridge for 1/2 hour…should I put it on my Grill or bake it in the oven? I have one of those eletric grills.
Thanks!
