I am in a foreign land on a short holiday and have invited some friends over. I bought 4lbs of spare ribs and a bottle of bbq sauce. Will it turn out ok? I have lemon, ginger, garlic, white sugar and pepper, onions – should I add any of these ingredients to the marinade or just stick with bbq sauce.. Calling all chefs. please. Thanks in advance. please can you tell me temp and time required.
