I have had breakfast for dinner before! I have also had brunch! Is there a term for “breakfast & dinner combined”?

My wife said that my breakfast was odd. I had steamed asparagus (product of Mexico), fresh French bread toasted, and a cup of tea. She said most people have normal things like bacon and eggs, toast, homefries, and coffee, etc. I have heard of people who have had a vanilla milkshake and leftover cold pizza for breakfast. Has anyone else out there have had a supposedly odd breakfast and what was it?

I have eaten the same breakfast for about 3 years. (4 egg white omlet with kidney beans and spinach) Well, i dont have any eggs nor ANY source of protein in the house. (I usually eat a lot of protein in the morning before i workout to help me sustain energy. Well ALL I HAVE is PLAIN oatmeal. Is this ACTUALLY healthy to eat alone as a breakfast? Or am i going ot have to work out twice as hard?

What do Japanese eat for breakfast? What is a typical Japanese breakfast like? To be specific, what type of food does it normally consist? And the price?
Other than western-style ham and eggs, what are my options for breakfast in Tokyo? I will be staying in Ikebukuro.
Thanks.

My husband is always in a hurry in the morning, so I want to make him a breakfast in a cup (kind of like a smoothie, but more breakfast-like). His favorite breakfasts are scrambled eggs and bacon, pancakes and syrup, and ham and cheese grits. He always eats them with a banana and a cup of coffee.
I tried to blend the scrambled eggs, bacon, banana, and coffee together, but he told me it was absolutely disgusting. He usually likes all of those foods. What am I doing wrong?

I usually don’t eat breakfast but i have decided to start but i don’t know what to eat. I am 5’6″ and i weigh 106lbs. What should i eat for breakfast that will not make me gain weight and is very healthy? I don’t like to eat bread products because my body doesnt process that well, any suggestions?

I work early and long hours. 10 hour days beginning at 4am. I can’t seem to fit breakfast into my schedule. As soon as i wake up its time to run out the door. I can’t seem to find healthy quick foods to munch on.

Currently I don’t have any breakfast at all as I cannot bear the thought of food first thing in the morning, although I have started drinking fruit juice this week.
How soon after waking up should I have breakfast?
Thank you

McDonald’s breakfast, donuts, ham/egg/cheese/bacon, pancakes with butter/syrup, fried hash-browns, coffee…How can anybody consider all these breakfast?
Ham/egg/cheese/bacon can actually be dinner and pancakes with syrup/donuts can actually be desserts. What is a healthy breakfast?
People seem to be brainwashed thinking these are to be eaten only in the morning. These foods are not healthy foods.

Because I go to Junior High I have to have to have my breakfast as early as 6:00. Then i don’t have lunch till 11:30. I usually have cereal like fruit loops or cinimon toast crunch 4 breakfast, but I always end up being dying hungry by 3rd period. What’s a breakfast that will keep me full for a good long time. But doesn’t take too long to make because I don’t have much time.

Why do you always hear that it is so important to eat breakfast?
And also what are some quick, easy, and HEALTHY breakfasts to prepare and eat on a busy morning that will give you fuel for the day?
thanks!

I need to eat breakfast. It needs to be savoury (no sugar or honey). Does anyone have any suggested recipes. I like all savoury except shellfish.
