ice cream pie

I want an ice cream cake for my engagement party in a few weeks but can’t seem to find a place that will make one for about 40 people. Anyone know a place that could help me out?

My girlfriend and her family cut ice cream with a knife. They think that a spoon isn’t sharp, so they use a knife to cut the ice cream out, then they scoop it out. Is this at all normal? Let alone safe?

Simple carbs: Like white spaghetti, white bread, white rice, sugared cereals, soda, pizza, fried foods, cheesy foods, ice cream, pies, cakes, Kool-Aid, doughnuts, etc. Every time you eat one of those do you have to exercise so you won’t gain weight later? Or when it is a great time to have simple carbs? In the daytime?

I tried to make a chocolate ice cream cake and i used a packaged cake mix but the flavor of the cake over powered the chocolate ice cream. I want to try to make a butter pecan ice cream cake but i dont know what kind of cake i should use to not over power the ice cream flavor and wont fall apart if i pick it up. Thanks!
