    Try a new way with steak with our great new grill idea.

    Ingredients:

    • 4 rib-eye steaks, trimmed of excess fat
    • zest and juice 1 lemon
    • large handful parsley, leaves removed and roughly chopped
    • lemon wedges, to serve

    Method:

    1. Season and oil the steaks.
    2. Cook on the hottest part of the barbecue for 3 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove to a plate and allow to rest for a few minutes.
