I don’t know if that made sense. I haven’t been able to buy as much meat as before but am still feeding the same amount of people, how do I make the same amount of meat/protein look and feel like there is more there and still leave my loved ones full.

    Thanks.

I prefer recipes with ingredients that I already have in my home(basic seasonings, onions, peppers, etc.)

I’d rather not have to go out and buy a bunch of ingredients/spices that I probably won’t use that often.

    Thanks!!!

Here’s my dilema. I plan to prepare porterhouse steak for my girlfriend. I need some ideas for the perfect dinner. Rub or marinade for the steaks? Two side dishes to compliment, dessert and wine?

My grandpa is 80 years old and has heart issues and is borderline diabetic. He recently had to go to the hospital and is re-thinking his entire diet. The problem is that finding yummy foods that are easy for him and fit all of his criteria is more than a little challenging! Does anyone have any pointers, suggestions, or recipes?
