Simple and hassle free, Pear Granita is your perfect getaway on a hot sunny day.
- 2 pears, peeled and chopped
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup cream
- Place the pears with the lemon juice and brown sugar and blend in a mixer.
- Remove the mixture from the blender and place in 2 glasses.
- Whip the cream in a bowl and spread it over the pear mixture.
- Serve chilled.
Tip: If you’re placing the glasses in the refrigerator, make sure the granitas are covered.
