Nando’s used to do a lemon peri-peri cooking sauce – not a marinade more like a casserole.
Nando’s have stopped selling this in the UK
It was spicy & citrusy & creamy – does anyone have a similar recipe I could try?

I am debating between making swiss beef, Vol-au-vent (sorry I do not know how to explain it in English, similar to chicken pot-pie) or chicken kabobs with peanut sauce.
Anyone else having dilemmas??
