I’m tired of these crappy Cheese dips in Bottles and these fake Nacho Cheese sauces in the stores. Also, a Nacho Cheese Dispense that they use at the ball parks costs upwards of $2000.
I want to be able to make the same type of cheese that you would get dispensed from these pumps/containers, that usually can be found at ballparks, amusement parks, mini golf, etc.
I want the cheese to be liquidy and delicious. None of that thick store crap. What is the best way to get your nacho cheese sauce this way?

I found a recipe for a vegan cheese sauce that looked really good, I then read it just recently because my mom asked me how much nutritional yeast will be in the recipe( she’s not a huge fan of it) and it didn’t call for any. So I was wondering if anyone has tried a vegan cheese sauce made withOUT nutritional yeast and how it tasted, and if it tasted better if u had added any kind of spice or herb or something to it.
To answer your question she doesn’t like the yeasty smell
