Simple Black Coffee

2011-08-11

This is a very simple and straight forward recipe on how to make a very easy black coffee, either at home or at work. The ingredients are simple and easily available from any supermarket. Enjoy making this lovely coffee to have on a cold day, without milk. The stronger the coffee, the better the taste. Enjoy :)

Ingredients:

  • Coffee Powder
  • Water
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon
Method:
  1. Take some water, in a tin, and heat it till boiling. (Water will depend on the amount of cups of  coffee you want to make.)
  2. Once the water is boiling, add the cinnamon cloves, add like 3-4 cloves and let it boil for 1 minute.
  3. Add the coffee powder or beans and let boil for 3-4 minutes till color of the water has changed to black – brown.
  4. Add some sugar if you like, and then remove it.
  5. Pour in a glass with a sieve so the coffee particles do not enter your coffee and the cinnamon and enjoy when hot.
Enjoy this lovely coffee.

I usually use a dark coffee brown color pencil eyeliner thin on my bottom lid and light pink eye shadow with black mascara on my top lashes. I want to know how to make it. Quicken says we spend about $120 a month on coffee. Even if the machine is $1000 it will be worth it. Can anyone help me out? I have tried making it but cannot get it to taste the same.

I have been in the habit of making a big pot of coffee, then just reheating a cup for a couple days after. It’s because I’m lazy. It is just black coffee sitting in a pot, no cream or sugar. I don’t ever go more than 3 days without making a fresh pot. Anyone else do this? I have never gotten sick or anything.

I have an old fashione (but good) basic filter coffee maker, because I like my coffee strong, plain and black.

I have a friend who only drinks latte, so what is the best way for me to make her one at my house? How much coffee and how much water should I use in my machine to make it strong enough to be like an espresso shot that I can mix with the hot milk?

My baby boy is 12. I have had him for 6 years, and he is getting skinny. I love this horse and it breaks my heart to see him like this! I am very concerned for him and want my boy to be fit. He is extremely muscular and has a TON of energy! I am hoping for some tips and home-made remedies. His feeding schedule is:
Morning: 1 Scoop (coffee can) of oats; 1/2 bale of hay
Evening: 1 Scoop of oats; 3 flakes of hay; and a handful of 14% supplement.
He is on a routine of worming and medication. We also have another horse that is 15, but he looks better than my 12 year old. Any ideas or tips?

I have naturally dark brown hair, and I recently got my hair bleached and dyed it blonde. I’d like to darken it a bit so it’s not so drastic. I’ve read that if you brew a cup of strong coffee, cool it, mix it with a few tablespoons of grounds and some leave-in conditioner, then saturate your hair with it, it will darken your hair. Has anyone tried this coffee method to darken blonde hair?

It’s more than just jittery, my stomach hurts to the touch and it continues to hurt for hours. My eyes start watering and my nose starts to run like I am having an allergic reaction. It has always been like this since the first time I drank coffee. I have tried light coffee before but i still had the same reaction.

I’m wondering what thermoplastic (usually black or white colored) outer shells of simple electronic appliances such as coffee makers, calculators, keyboards modems and so on, are usually made of. Are there different kinds? I’ve been looking for a marking but haven’t found any.

How easy is it to combine this plastic with metal, say common steel, in a construction? What kind of attachments do I need to attach two plates together? Should I consider structural stability? The construction isn’t more than 50 cm tall, so it’s small-scale.

My mom is addicted to the McDonald’s cafe lattes! I’m trying to get her to drink tea instead so I’m making her a gift basket with a teapot, tea, honey, and a mug.

What kind of tea should I use that is healthier than coffee, but still has the caffeine kick that she needs?
