I can’t choose taco salad, and tacos are too easy and boring. I want to MAKE something and not dessert. Its for my junior class spanish III, last year I made empanadillas (sp). I need options.

Preferably mexican/spanish recipes but open to anything other than just frying/baking them like I always do. Would like your recipes rather than a web site if possible.

I want to make spanish rice and was wondering if I can use white rice and tomato sauce, and if so how should I do it?

I have no knowledge about that stuff. I don’t know if it has anything that a diabetic can’t eat…
It’s kind of a spicy stew, with pepper, paprika, etc. It’s more of a Spanish style chicken stew.

I have used a quater cup of extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar, 3 tsp of oregano, half a tps of chilli flakes, salt, pepper and 1 clove of garlic and 2 chicken breasts. If just covered it with foil and put it in the fridge, how long should I leave it in there and how long should I cook it for ( I’d prefer to cook it in the oven rather than grill) also what would be nice to serve with this

Hi,
I’ve never had Chicken Parmigiana or Chicken Parmesan or even Chicken Piccata before. I’ve always wanted to try these dishes. Do you serve them with Pasta and Garlic Bread? I’m somewhat new to cooking and wanted to get away from the fast food. What would be a good desert for these meals? I’m going to make my own Garlic Bread.
Thanks!
