    This Strawberry Lemonade Healthy Slurpee is super easy to make and beats simply serving your kids straight-up lemonade as a sunny day sip. This frosty sweet drink is nearly half the calories as lemonade would be and contains added antioxidants and fiber. Give it a try for your perfect spring time lunch..

    Frosted Lemonade. This Strawberry Lemonade sip is lower in calories that traditional lemonade because it contains a giant scoop of calorie free ice! But the flavor is still intensely refreshing – I mean really, most store-bought lemonades (even the high quality brands) can contain a hefty amount of sugar – so the ice reduces the sweetness without reducing the flavor.

    Actually, since you are also adding in a scoop of antioxidant and fiber-rich red strawberries - you are adding another layer of flavor. Plus you get a lovely pink lemonade color.

    Change it up! Change the fruit to change the flavor – try..
    * mangoes
    * pineapple
    * blueberries
    * peaches
    * raspberries
    * banana
    and more frozen fruit flavors.

    You can make your own lemonade from scratch or use a store bought brand. To keep this slurpee healthy

    Ingredients:

    2 cups lemonade
    1 – 1 1/2 cups ice
    1/2 cup frozen strawberries

    Method:

    Blend. Pour. Garnish with fresh lemon. Serve!

      Hey ladies!
      Just wondering what types of foods you had at your shower or showers you’ve attended!
      My shower is in 2 weeks and the menu is going to be just finger foods.

      Mini chicken sliders: regular, buffalo, and bbq – your choice!
      Chips and dip ( cheese dip and a 7 layer dip which includes beans, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, cheese and something else. I’m forgetting but sounds yummy!
      Fruit tray
      Meatballs on toothpicks
      Chopped salad
      & cupcakes :)

      Drinks will include water, sodas, and homemade strawberry lemonade!

      I’ve read a lot of recipes and I want to know what works best. I want it to be a normal drink, not a smoothie.

      Should I use fresh strawberries, strawberry puree, frozen strawberries, or what??
