Yogurt Cheese with Honey

Nuvita Biscuits

An excellent topping for fresh fruit, and a creamy low-fat spread for crackers or toast.


1-1/2 cups (375 ml)  plain yogurt
4 tsp (18 ml) liquid honey


Line sieve with 2 layers of cheesecloth or 1 layer of paper towel. Pour in yogurt; let stand to drain and reduce to about 1 cup (250 ml), about 2 hours. For thicker consistency, drain in refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Stir in honey.
