Already have a place to live in the Presidio, so not looking for housing suggestions. Just wondering what tips the “pros” would have for a newbie in the city. Safety, fun, food…whatever you feel like telling me about!

So I’ve wanted to model for a while. I love fashion and the fashion industry, and anything having to do with art and photography. :)
People also tell me I should model. I don’t want to make it a career…I want to be a neurologist. It’s more of something I want to do as a hobby for now. (I’ll be 15 soon btw)
So anyhoooo…my parents finallyyyy enrolled me in an agency as a Christmas present! :) And it starts on Tuesday! I’m so nervousss!
Any models have any advice for me? Are the other girls there typically mean? Is it fun? Is it hard? What kind of stuff do you do the first time? Any tips?

    Thanks!

I REALLY want to make summer 2010 the best summer I have ever had. I am fourteen, girl, live in a small town, but about thirty miles from an area with lots of lakes, shopping places, restaurants, etc. The only problem is, I can’t drive there or anything :( (And I doubt my sisters would want to take me often). So, I would really like a list if possible. Some things I was thinking of were: go to the races Saturday nights, Have night parties with other families and kids from the neighborhood, write a song (I play the guitar and sing, but couldn’t write a song to save my life! Any tips on that?) Go camping, I never have but have always wanted to, and grow a successful garden. Hmm, that’s about all I can think of right now. Please share your personal experiences about the best summer you’ve EVER had. Thanks SOO much!
