3 Ingredient White Chocolate Fudge
A dessert with only 3 ingredients? Yes, you read that right. This dessert is so simple but so tasty. This 3 ingredient white chocolate fudge is a hit in my family and will be one in yours too. Enjoy!
Ingredients
400 gms condensed milk
500 gms compound white chocolate
1 packet NuVita Chocolate Chip Shortbread Biscuits

In a pot, melted white chocolate with condensed milk. Make sure the pot is on a medium-low flame so the chocolate melts slowly.

Once the chocolate has melted into the condensed milk, chop the shortbread biscuits into small pieces and add them into the mix. Stir until incorporated.

Line a square cake pan with parchment paper such that there is extra paper hanging out of the pan at the top. This will make it easier for you to pull out the fudge once it has set.

Pour the mixture into the pan and use a spatula to flatten it out. Spread some more chopped shortbread pieces on the top. Feel free to add nuts, chocolate chips etc.

Freeze for 30 minutes, take out from the pan, slice into squares and serve. I like to wrap individual pieces in a parchment paper and tie a rope around it to keep them fresh and make a beautiful presentation for when I have visitors.
